Where It All Started
It started with our daughters. We wanted to give them food they loved - food that felt like a treat, not a compromise. Instant ramen was always a favorite in our homes, but every option on the shelf came with ingredients we didn't feel good about.
So we asked a simple question: why can't this be better? That question became VERV. A better-for-you food brand built on one rule - we only make products we'd put in front of our own kids.
What We’re About
Our noodles are air-dried soba ramen noodles, not fried wheat ramen noodles. That one difference changes everything.
Traditional instant ramen noodles are flash-fried in oil, which adds a lot of fat (mostly saturated) and calories. Air-drying preserves the noodle's natural structure, giving you a cleaner and healthier ingredient list.
Our soba ramen noodles also naturally have 4 grams of fiber. We worked hard and long to develop a noodle that holds up in broth and delivers real texture.
No fillers. No additives. No preservatives. No shortcuts. Just noodles made the right way.
