About our Noodles
What type of noodle do you use?
We use air-dried soba noodles made from buckwheat and rice that are naturally gluten-free, low-calorie, and have four (4) grams of fiber. Most traditional ramen cups are deep-fried, wheat-based noodles that are high in calories, fat and don’t contain fiber.
What flavors are currently available?
We currently have three flavors; Chick’n, Spicy Miso and Miso. All are available on Amazon.
Are Verv noodles gluten free?
Yes, our noodles are gluten free! We are in the process of getting our official certification. Meanwhile, we do our own rigorous testing for each production run to ensure we meet the gluten free requirements and our manufacturing facility is certified gluten free.
Where does the 15g of protein come from?
We include some potato protein in our soba noodles and also include dehydrated pea protein in our garnish packet to give you 15 grams of plant-based protein in every cup.
How should the product be prepared?
- Peel back the lid half way
- Add garnish packets and boiling water up to the line found on the inside of the cup.
- Close the lid and wait five (5) minutes
- Add seasoning (and oil if having Spicy Miso), then stir
- Dig in and enjoy!
Can I microwave the cup?
Currently our product is not microwavable. However, we hope to offer an option in the future. Sign up for our email to be the first to know when we launch it!

Which stores currently carry Verv?
Right now we are only available on Amazon and TikTok Shop. However, we hope to be offered in grocery stores soon. If you have a store you want to see us in, let us know!
